Pet Portrait Artist Kim Martin Wins People's Choice Award

Pastel Artists Canada held the 18th Annual Open Juried Exhibition August 12th - September 3, 2009 at the Neilson Park Creative Centre in Etobicoke. The juror, Master Pastelist William Hosner was in attendance for the Opening Reception held August 13, 2009 where Pet Portrait artist Kim Martin's painting of "Cooper" was awarded F & W Publications People's Choice Award.
